钛媒体App 3月6日消息，全国政协委员、首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科主任医师张俊廷十分关切。他表示，目前国家放开三孩，虽然有了政策，但是很多年轻人生育率还是不高，张俊廷关注到，其中的困难之一在于，很多家庭考虑到培养一个孩子需要耗费大量精力和经济成本，很有可能不太愿意继续要孩子，尤其是考虑到没人带孩子，对此，他建议各地因地制宜地出台相关政策，降低生育成本，倡导第三孩免费上幼儿园，同时鼓励一些大企业、单位提供免费的托育服务。
