钛媒体App 3月6日消息，全国两会期间，全国政协委员、广西壮族自治区柳州市人民检察院副检察长韦震玲提交提案，建议建立家庭全职服务成员职业权利保障制度，维护家庭全职服务成员的合法权益。 她认为，因特殊事由、特殊时期（3岁以下哺乳幼龄教育期，照顾失能父母、配偶等）辞职回归家庭承担家庭全职服务的成员，可享受工龄累计及劳动社会保障等相关待遇；夫妻双方如果有一方选择回归家庭为家庭提供全职服务，可以适当相应减免从业配偶个人所得税等。
