無法控制的緊張
今天心情不佳。
想想看面試的時候，總會被人問到『你有什麽缺點』，現在我有了明確的答案，那就是控制不住自己的不合時宜的緊張。怎講？
今天下午，Stephen(我的頂頭上司)和我做項目階段審查，本來是一個很平常的事情，但我真是撓破了頭也不知道我從何而來的緊張。整個身體的神經好像被拉緊了一樣，說話，動作，靈敏度下降到冰點。没错，是!!!冰點!!!。平時操作熟練到不得了的東西，一下子兩隻手好像不聽使喚一樣，爲了不被Stephen發覺，我努力的去控制，但越控制，越是適得其反。本來一個删除數據庫5秒搞定的操作，我愣是做了5分鐘，以至於Stephen在我身後閑來無事來回踱步。Stephen啊，你如果能看到我這Blog一定要理解我啊，其實我真實的速度遠比你看到的快得多。真的是完全因爲你气场太强大了，震懾住我了。真悲催。
回來的路上，一直爲今天的這個愚蠢的表現覺得難過。我真不知道我爲什麽就那麽難控制自己的情緒？越是在意的東西，反而越是緊張。已經爲這個吃了不少虧了，但是真是没有找到好的方法解决。
