库克薪酬太高遭美国最大股东代理咨询公司反对
财经网科技2月17日讯，据新浪科技消息，苹果准备授予CEO库克薪酬9900万美元，但美国最大股东代理咨询公司Institutional Shareholder Services （ISS） 不满，它呼吁股东投票反对这一计划。
去年库克获得的股票价值8200万美元，另外还有300万美元工资、1200万美元奖金。
ISS认为与其它可以类比的公司相比，去年库克的薪酬“明显超过很多”。上一次ISS对苹果薪酬提出反对意见还要追溯到7年前。
股东就苹果高管薪酬投票只是一种咨询行为，董事会不必采取行动。如果反对声音很大可能会影响苹果董事会。苹果声称未来做出薪酬决定时会考虑股东的反馈意见和股东投票结果。
