2月16日消息，在经过一年多的反垄断审查后，Facebook母公司Meta终于获准完成对客户服务软件公司Kustomer的收购。Meta周二在博客更新中宣布，该交易“符合了所有监管要求”。Meta于2020年11月首次宣布了这项价值超过10亿美元的收购，但不久之后，该公司就被美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）以“非法垄断”为由起诉。
