2月17日，苹果公司定于3月第一周举行其年度股东大会。知名代理咨询公司机构股东服务督促苹果股东在股东大会上否决库克的薪酬方案，称其奖励有一半缺乏业绩标准。库克在2021财年的总薪酬为9870万美元，较2020财年的1480万美元增长五倍多，其中包括300万美元的基本工资和8230万美元的股权奖励。监管文件显示，库克的薪酬是苹果普通员工的1447倍。（财联社）
