08:33 【受中介机构拖累 逾90家公司IPO“中止审查”】财联社2月10日电，信永中和会计师事务所、北京市金杜律师事务所等3家中介机构被查的冲击波仍在振荡。据统计，近期有多达94个IPO项目因3家中介机构遭监管立案而集体中止审查。此外，多家A股上市公司的重组、定增、可转债等事项也受到影响。此外，据了解，前述3家被立案中介机构的交集点，就是2015年至2016年曾共同服务于乐视网再融资项目。其中，金杜律师事务所曾在乐视网2016年定增项目中担任发行人律师，中德证券担任保荐机构，信永中和担任审计机构。
