华为连续5年位居全球PCT国际专利申请人榜首

财经网科技2月13日讯，据新浪科技消息，世界知识产权组织（WIPO）发布数据显示，华为以6952件已公布PCT申请成为2021年的最大申请人。华为已连续五年位居申请人榜首。据悉，共有13家中国企业进入全球PCT国际专利申请人排行榜前50位，包括华为、OPPO、京东方、中兴通讯、vivo、大疆、腾讯、小米等。

2月10日，世界知识产权组织在日内瓦发布的数据显示，2021年，我国申请人通过《专利合作条约》（PCT）途径提交的国际专利申请达6.95万件，同比增长0.9%。紧随中国之后的是美国（59570件申请，+1.9%）、日本（50260件申请，-0.6%）、韩国（20678件申请，+3.2%）和德国（17322件申请，-6.4%）。
