1月房企销售业绩整体欠佳
钛媒体App 2月12日消息，据报道，近期，上市房企密集发布2022年1月份销售数据。房企业绩普遍表现不佳，百强房企销售金额同比下滑超过40%。房企之间分化进一步加大，不少头部房企销售较为可观，中小房企则下滑较为严重。2022年1月，百强房企全口径销售总额同比下跌40.7%，权益销售总额同比下跌42.2%。30个大中城市成交套数及面积同比分别下降27.7%和23.7%。
