脉脉：六成职场人愿意为了好工作放弃年终奖
钛媒体App 2月9日消息，脉脉人才智库的2022春招求职风向标调研显示，超过六成受访职场人愿意放弃年终奖；三成职场人表示，如果有好的工作机会，可以接受降薪跳槽。 这一现象或许和公司普遍拖延年终奖有关，仅半数受访人表示，年终奖会在春节之前发放。15%左右的受访者表示春节后两个月或更长时间以后才能发年终奖，年终奖拖成了“年中”奖；超过两成受访者对公司年终奖的发放日期表示“不知道、不好说”。
