商业贷款买房我来说一句
文化不深，也不会算利率。说下我的经历，贷款53万，30年的。目前还了3年了，还欠509000，这玩意真搞不明白，遥遥无期，每个月还2924，只有734本金到账户。每月3元增加。
自己亲身数据，3年了还欠50多万，（推算下再还一年还是欠50多万，哎）各位想上车的醒醒吧，血泪教训，这玩意刀架不到脖子上绝对不能买。刀架不到脖子上绝对不买。不买不商贷。
