法国最高法：维持对谷歌数据保护泄露的1亿欧元罚款
财经网科技1月29日讯，据新浪科技消息，法国最高行政法院周五表示，维持对谷歌的1亿欧元罚款。
谷歌在2020年因为在没有获得用户许可的情况下利用cookie追踪用户，并且未能提供简单易用的拒绝追踪方式，而遭遇了当时创纪录的罚款。
自从欧盟《通用数据条例》（GDPR）2018年5月生效以来，欧盟数据保护监管者便获得了空前的罚款权利，处罚额度最多相当于违规企业全球年销售额的4%。但针对谷歌开出这笔罚单基于另外一组监管在线设备使用方式的规定，而且正值全球科技巨头面临的监管环境越发严峻之际。
