法国时尚集团 SMCP 董事会改组，山东如意出局
1月14日，法国时尚集团 SMCP 举办的最新股东大会投票决定解除与前大股东山东如意相关的五名董事会成员的职务，包括山东如意集团董事长邱亚夫及其女儿邱晨冉。
SMCP 集团股权纠纷争议可追溯至去年秋天。2021年9月，山东如意集团在卢森堡的子公司 European Topsoho Sàrl（简称 Topsoho）因未能按期赎回可转换为 SMCP 集团股票的2.5亿欧元债券，只能将债务转换为股权抵给债权人受托机构 GLAS 公司。此后，GLAS 代表包括私募基金 Anchorage Capital、凯雷集团（Carlyle Group）、法国Boussard & Gavaudan 公司以及美国资产管理公司 Blackrock（黑岩）在内的债权人掌握了 SMCP 集团29%的股权及22.3%的投票权，成为SMCP 最大股东。
