好未来退出小鹅通，曾战略投资1亿元

钛媒体App 1月18日消息，天眼查App显示，近日，深圳小鹅网络技术有限公司发生工商变更，好未来旗下欣欣相融教育科技（北京）有限公司退出股东行列，樊晓星、周世坤等多人退出董事职位。

深圳小鹅网络技术有限公司成立于2015年2月，注册资本约219.45万人民币，法定代表人及疑似实际控制人为鲍春健。融资历程显示，小鹅通曾获得好未来1亿元B轮战略投资。

据官网显示，小鹅通是知识产品与用户服务的数字化工具，包含知识店铺、企业直播、企微助手等产品。
