写了一个drone编译告警的插件

因为drone的钉钉通知的插件只支持x86

http://plugins.drone.io/lddsb/drone-dingtalk-message/

但是我都是在树莓派上跑流水线的，所以那就自己写一个吧

这个插件只要添加两个变量就好

- name: notice
  image: bboysoul/drone-ddnotice:v1.1
  settings:
    ddbaseurl: 
    ddsecret: 
  when:
    status:
    - success
    - failure

之后看情况完善吧，目前只编译了arm
