Yeah, just like this legend: Melmetal.
Blue since January 28, but the number of problems solved with rating > 1600 represents 12%.
-
yeah but he have solved 231 800 ones too. i am not even comfy with 800 ones, i feel there is no point in trying 1600 + right now. eventually ofcourse i ll increase the rating with time. Goal is to stay in the game for long time.

Brooo, what I have observed till now is.
IN DIV 2 rounds
If you want to get till pupil. Solve (A, B) in div 2. Which does not require any algos, they are just Adhoc problems.
If you want to get till specialist. Solve (A, B) faster {sometimes C also}
If you want to get till expert. Solve (A, B, C) and sometimes D which requires a bit of DS and algo.
If you want to reach Candidate mater. Solve (A, B, C) faster and then solve D.
So, we should practice accodingly.

meanwhile you with just 20 problems solved in last 6 months and still able to touch expert, now thats very 220 iq thing :)

or it's an alt account

Eh, I think I only had 100 problems solved on Codeforces when I reached blue, so maybe the person is using other OJs? It isn't that hard to get blue in 2~3 months if you participate in ABCs every week and actually learn algorithms using USACO guide.
-
maybe it also depends on persons basics. Lot of people have awesome math and logical skills that they have improved over the years, and when they start cp ,it helps them. On the other hand there are many like me who dont have good math and logical foundation and for them the growth is slow? Well now i am not thinking of growth, whenever i do that i end up quitting for weeks, so no expectations from now.
-
I think Codeforces is enough. I reached blue only by solving Codeforces' problems in the first several weeks.
-
But that depends on whats your background too thats what i was saying, people with good background in maths/logical ability have fast growth here. Everyone don't start from the same point.

1QuestionDailyDiet bro the meme was just for fun. You Solve questions acc. to your level. I myself solved lot of 800 in the beginning and it helped me get better.
Solving continuously for 1 year will be a great boost. Rating to the moon XD.
