FOMO v. Omicron - I am now feeling pretty happy that I am skipping CES in-person this year. Spreads way too fast to do that right now.
You're in good company. Future has cancelled CES travel for the entire company. Apparently CNET is dipping out as well. So that's a lot of tech press who are no longer attending the show.
AT already wasn't going, but, unfortunately, now I'm *really* glad we're not going.
Oh wow. Yeah, that's a whole lot of tech press dropping out then. It'll be interesting to see what businesses do; it's still primarily a business show, so they'll make or break it
It's going to terrible for companies hoping to introduce new products and get coverage with live demos. Going to hurt Showstoppers and Pepcom as well.
To be honest, I don't know what companies have been doing over the last 2 years or so
