中兴通讯旗下新能源板块子公司中兴高能被申请破产重整
企查查APP显示，近日，中兴高能技术有限责任公司新增破产重整案件，案号分别为（2021）鄂0112破19号、（2021）鄂0112破申17号，申请人均为深圳市协合欣电子有限公司。
企查查信息显示，该公司成立于2016年，法定代表人为韩勋建，注册资本4亿元人民币，经营范围包含：锂离子电池及其他类型新能源电池的研发、生产、销售、技术咨询及服务；汽车动力电池管理系统软件及硬件的研发、应用等，由中兴通讯（000063）全资控股。
