12月13日，美国摩托车巨头 Harley-Davidson（哈雷戴维森）表示，旗下的电动摩托车品牌 Live Wire 将通过与特殊目的收购公司 AEA-Bridges Impact Corp.合并，在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码 LVW。该公司期望此举能推动相关产品的开发与制造。
“特殊目的收购公司”（简称SPAC）即“Special Purpose Acquisition Company，特殊目的收购公司”，本质上是只有资金，没有任何其他业务的上市 “空壳公司”，通过投资并购方式帮助欲上市的公司实现上市融资，交易通常在两年内完成。利用SPAC上市变得越来越受欢迎，因为它允许创始人和投资者保留更多控制权。两家公司表示，根据协议条款，LiveWire 的估值近17.7亿美元。
