Hotfix Update!

Audio is fixed. Sorry for the inconveniences.

This time in two flavors. The "snowballs" build shows mobile data indicator if VoLTE Enabled, the CI build doesn't. Please let me know what you prefer.

I was told that cheeseburger has a broken back gesture. I am also increasingly being asked for hw key customizations. That's why I drop support for cheeseburger now. Blind builds are against my philosophy anyway.

My vacation ends tomorrow, so will be the last build for a week or so.

Device Changes:
- Add back screen-off touchscreen gesture controls to op settings
- FeatureFlags: Disable settings provider model by default (it may was breaking volte for some carriers in last build)

ROM Changes:
- Add toggle to disable battery estimates in QS
- Switch to Krypton implementation for network traffic
- Add User Selectable VoLTE Icons
- Add black theme switch for dark mode
- PisselBar: Dynamically adjust additional padding for first and last icon
