Details

Brave is similar to Chrome. It'd be nice to reuse the existing migration functionality to import from that browser.

It wouldn't be hard to add but it's not something employees will likely spend time on anytime soon. If someone wants to submit a patch I can review.

Hello! I successfully verified that import work as expected from Brave browser with Firefox 96.0b3 on Windows 10x64 on which passwords, history, and bookmarks are imported and Ubuntu 20.04 on which only bookmarks and history is imported (I think passwords is expected not to be). However, on macOS 10.15 the password are not imported. I get the error attached inside the browser console. Is this expected or known or should I log another issue for this? Thanks!
