6月1日起担任汇丰人寿总经理临时负责人。

12月2日，中国银保监会披露的信息显示，胡敏的汇丰人寿保险有限公司（下称“汇丰人寿”）总经理的任职资格被上海银保监局核准。

公开资料显示，胡敏毕业于上海华东师范大学数学专业，后就读于复旦大学管理学院学习高级管理人员工商管理专业并获得了硕士学位。
胡敏先后就职于美国友邦保险有限公司上海分公司、中国太平保险集团、上海人寿保险有限公司、中英人寿保险有限公司，并于中英人寿保险有限公司担任副总裁，总精算师及财务负责人。6月1日起担任汇丰人寿总经理临时负责人。
