In Bug 1740442, we introduced a new heuristic for determining cardholder name in DE locales, Name auf der Karte, which does fix the issue for amazon.de but could be an issue on other localized versions of amazon.com.
Instead we will replace name auf der karte with accountholdername as this identifier is used as the name of the cardholder field in the markup and does not change with localization. This should prevent other instances of Bug 1740442 on other localized amazon.com sites.
