11月23日，吃过学校的营养午餐后，新乡封丘县赵岗镇戚城中学30多名学生出现呕吐、拉肚子现象。据悉，该校送餐公司为北京志宏餐饮管理有限责任公司。
企查查App显示，该公司成立于2020年9月，注册资本5万元人民币，经营范围餐饮管理等，于2021年2月22日注销，注销原因为“经营期限届满”。
