11月27日消息，韩国监管当局就虚拟货币立法提出一项举措：把虚拟货币纳入系统监管范畴。此外，韩国监管当局已经界定了加密资产相关的权利和责任。举例来说，通过操纵市场、利用内幕信息影响加密资产的价格等不正当的方式获取利润，已被定义为非法行为。因此，韩国监管当局今后可能会把这些行为视为犯罪，处以至少一到五年的监禁和相当于所获利润三到五倍的罚款。（CoinGape）
