Stable kernel 5.15.5

[Posted November 25, 2021 by jake]
The 5.1.15 stable kernel has been released. As usual, it contains lots of important fixes throughout the kernel tree. Users should upgrade.

Notably, this fixes debuggers again: they were broken in 5.15.3 and 5.15.4 (basically, debuggers could no longer catch fatal signals directed at victim processes -- signals like, well, SIGTRAP. So breakpoints broke.)

By the time this broke my code I didn't need to worry about it, as the rr gurus (whose boots I am not fit to clean) had already spotted it and got it fixed :)
