估值127亿美元！美国品牌管理公司 ABG 获私募基金CVC、HPS投资
私募股权投资公司 CVC Capital Partners（以下简称“CVA”）和 HPS Investment Partners（以下简称“HPS”）已与美国品牌管理公司 Authentic Brands Group Inc（以下简称“ABG”）达成最终协议，从ABG 部分现任股东手中收购了该公司约25%的股份。该交易对 ABG 的估值达到 127 亿美元。
自2010 年成立以来，ABG 的品牌组合已达到 30 多个，涵盖时尚、奢侈品、户外、家居、娱乐、活动、媒体和美术领域，旗下品牌和知名IP包括 Nine West、Juicy Couture、Brooks Brothers、Nautica、Forever 21、Juicy Couture、Barneys New York、Forever 21、Sports Illustrated、Muhammad Ali、Elvis Presley、Marilyn Monroe 等等。
