国美通报员工上班摸鱼
站长之家（ChinaZ.com）11月17日 消息:昨日，一份国美控股集团有限公司发布的《关于违反员工行为规范的处罚通报》截图在网上流传。
该处罚通报公布了在2021年8月30日至9月3日期间，部分人员在工作区域内占用公司公共网络资源从事与工作无关事宜人员名单，包括了玩电脑游戏、上网聊天、听音乐等。
据悉，被处罚通报的员工共有11人，对于其中10名非外包员工，国美给予全员警告并行政处罚2分;对于外包人员，做清场处理，不得二次外包驻场。
据红星新闻报道，对此，国美方面回应称，文件确实存在，每一个员工在进入公司的时候都有一份员工手册，（公司）会组织员工学习相关考勤及休息时间等规章制度。如果有员工能给出合理的解释，这种情况是可以相互理解的。
