美国对 Nvidia 从软银收购英国芯片设计公司 Arm 提出了潜在的反对意见，为这桩已经在大西洋彼岸激起强烈反对的交易增加了新的障碍。 消息称，在英国以竞争和国家安全为由对这笔交易展开深入调查一天之后，美国监管机构表达了与欧洲一样的担忧。欧盟委员会上个月底启动了自己延长审查。尽管越来越多的迹象表明监管机构可能试图阻止这笔交易，但 Nvidia 周三表示它仍然“相信此次收购对 Arm、其授权方和整个行业有益”。
