韩国第一个进行ICO的Bosecoin公司的一名高管因窃取公司存储的大量比特币（BTC）而被判入狱。最高法院第三庭19日证实，下级法院在高管的上诉中被判处有期徒刑2年6个月缓刑3年执行。A先生被指控没有以参加活动的名义将他在2017年与同事共同持有的6,000比特币（价值约197亿韩元）退回到自己的账户。2017 年 5 月左右，该公司在韩国首次通过 ICO（虚拟货币公开发行）从全球投资者那里筹集了总计 6,902 BTC。决定将收集到的比特币存储在包括先生在内的三位同事的多重签名账户中。（韩联社）
