What does "elimination" mean in Technocup 2022 — Elimination Round 2?

I am curious about this round. Where will it be held? Is "Technocup" the name of the sponsor or something else?
And how are the two rounds based on it created? Does it mean that some problems are taken from the original round to form these two rounds?
(Looking forward to an answer. If the topic has been discussed elsewhere, please let me know. )
