在由易居克而瑞举办的2021不动产数字化峰会上，发改委国家信息中心信息化和产业发展部主任单志广在《“十四五”数字化发展与智慧化升级新形势》的主旨演讲中表示，数字化要实现从“互联网+”到“智慧+”的转型，利用“互联网+”带来的流量驱动的效应，“人工智能+”带来的算法驱动效应，还有“区块链+”带来的可信驱动，这是未来不动产数字化转型最依靠的路径和技术路线，特别是区块链在未来的不动产领域里有非常大的前途。（科创板日报）
