近日，有日媒曝光了第16代皇冠的渲染图，从外观设计看，新皇冠采用了大遛背设计，前大灯造型与丰田bZ4X有一脉相承的地方，看起来十分激进。当然动力才是我们最关系的部分，新车配备了2.5L发动机+E-CVT组成的混动系统。
新车基于丰田TNGA-K平台打造，并采用前置前驱的驱动方式。其中燃油版是2.5L自然吸气发动机，与之匹配的是8速手自一体变速箱，动力数据暂时未知。
新车有望在2022年底正式发布，并且会在2023年上市，当然，如无意外的话是不会国产的。
