今天在听测试同学给我描述缺陷的时候,突然发现部分测试对开发还挺熟悉的~
就感觉很惊讶,譬如常用的中间件(缓存 队列 数据库 ES)还有 web 相关知识测试同学好像都知道
然后记起来 之前组里在和大数据组对接的时候 我的一个同事 A 好像对大数据技术栈也挺熟悉的,
跟大数据那边的同学 B 拉扯的有来有回的
由此想到 开发行业无非技术和经验两个门槛 为什么测试那个同学不转岗呢?
开发和测试相比薪资是要高一些的,其他的还有为什么开发同学不转大数据或算法?
工作经验比较短 这些问题就感觉比较困惑
