VM Innovations首席执行官Maurice Barnes表示，参与牙买加银行（BOJ）金融科技监管沙箱的计划目前正在酝酿中，并处于讨论阶段。“我们预计明年第一季度将有一些产品和服务进入市场。这些产品和服务包括支付解决方案，如牙买加银行的CBDC，这将是我们的第一款产品。工作正在进行中，一旦完成，我们将开始测试。我们一直在关注金融领域的空间和新趋势。”牙买加CBDC目前正处于试点阶段，已开始在接受存款机构和授权支付提供商进行试点，这些机构将在其客户中测试该货币，预计明年初将在全国范围内推出。
