Windows 11 在输入文字时是有 bug 吗？

使用自带拼音输入法，表现为：
1.文本框中输入中文，敲的拼音会突然变成英文输入，例如输入“中文”，直接输入了“zhong 文”，比如现在 v 站的输入文本框里就会出现，word 里也会出现。
2.右键重命名文件，文件名的文本会一直是全选的状态，无法移动光标单独编辑其中一段，只能在属性里重命名。
有遇到这种情况的吗？
