【Zillow宣布退出翻新房业务】

格隆汇11月3日丨美国数字房地产公司Zillow周二宣布，将逐步退出收购房屋并翻新后卖出的业务，这也将会导致裁掉25%的员工。公司CEO Rich Barton解释称，公司判断预测房屋价格形势的不可预测性远超此前预期，继续收购将会导致利润和资产负债表过度波动。受此消息影响，截至发稿Zillow盘后跌9.15%。
