法国床垫回收公司 Recyc-Matelas Europe 被投资基金收购
法国国家投资银行 Bpifrance 近日宣布与 Weinberg Capital Partners 旗下基金 WCP Impact Dev 共同收购法国床垫回收领导者 Recyc-Matelas Europe（以下简称“RME”）80%的股权。
RME 成立于2010年，目前在法国拥有四座回收工厂，在比利时拥有一座工厂，每年可回收旧床垫2万吨，占法国床垫回收总量的三分之二。近日，RME宣布从回收商向生产商转变，利用回收后的床垫自主生产新的绝缘产品，并将这些成品出售给建筑材料中心和大型家装DIY商店。
Bpifrance 和 WCP Impact Dev 入股后，将为RME后续的生产提供资金支持。此外，通过此次交易，RME 原有股东全部或部分退出，使公司创始人兼总裁 Jérémy Settbon 进一步增持股份。
