去年12月，报道过Google Play可能入华的消息，日前微博上再次流出了中国版Google Play商店的截图，似乎更加验证了Google Play即将重返中国。
2010年，Google自称受黑客攻击，同时不满政府审查政策，宣布退出中国。Android在中国占有巨大的市场，但Google因为退出中国并没有获得太多收益。国内为了争夺Android应用的分发入口，已经形成了以百度91助手、360、豌豆荚、腾讯应用宝割据的格局，也造就了混乱不堪、拜金至上的应用商店市场们。
JetaimeTech透露，“Google Play商店与服务都会有中国版，付款方式将接入支付宝 ，好像大家期待的Neuxs也有国行版了。”也有消息称，Google Play商店预计将会在3月份回归中国，届时谷歌商店与服务都会推出中国版本，帐号方面与国际版不会互通。

虽然重返中国市场的Google Play可能带着巨大的野心，但告别中国市场五年多的Google Play需要面对的是各家手机厂商已经建立起来的应用渠道。在中国的Google Play商店缺失了搜索引擎、Gmail等核心业务的支持之后是否能争得一席之地还有待商榷。
