经济日报评论文章指出，今年以来，金融防风险的侧重点正在从处置风险转为维护经济金融稳定大局。在各类金融机构实现防风险和稳发展动态平衡过程中，识大体、顾大局是关键。顾大局，要求金融系统在处置各类风险过程中以金融系统性稳定为前提，要防范风险溢出和传染，不能毕其功于一役，更不能以牺牲经济长期健康发展为代价。顾大局，要求金融系统在防风险过程中不能忽略民生。金融系统服务好实体经济，归根结底是保障民生和市场主体。顾大局，要求金融系统完整、准确、全面理解和贯彻新发展理念，处置风险的手段要遵循市场化、法治化原则。
