工银国际首席经济学家、董事总经理程实在由《财经》和《财经智库》主办的“2021全球财富管理论坛”上表示： 当前财富管理的目标人群主要是高净值客户，数字货币能够辐射无网络和偏远条件的支付场景，这将捕获长尾人群的交易行为，弥合支付领域的沟通，为财富管理触达个人创造了更好的条件。 程实分析，数字货币和央行数字货币正处在同步高速进化的过程之中，央行数字货币从虚拟走向现实。中国的CBDC将会为财富管理带来新的机会，从目标人群的角度来看，数字人民币将有望提升财富管理的普惠性。建议政府在推进数字人民币试点的过程中，把握微观细节，丰富场景的应用。
