背景：当前项目的 MySQL 数据库运行在 AWS EC2 上，为了便于后续扩展，以及数据 /代码分离。打算将其迁移到 AWS RDS 实例上。
请教下哪种迁移方案停机时间最少？目前网上能搜到的方案是创建 AWS RDS 实例后，使用 AWS DMS 进行迁移。
