Animoca Brands以22亿美元估值完成6500万美元融资，红杉中国、蜻蜓资本等参投
10月20日消息，Animoca Brands今日宣布已完成6,500万美元（约 8,770 万澳元）融资，融资前估值为22亿美元。本轮的投资者包括：自由城风险投资公司（Liberty City Ventures）、Ubisoft Entertainment、红杉中国（Sequoia China）、蜻蜓资本（Dragonfly Capital）、Com2uS、Kingsway Capital、10T Holdings、Token Bay Capital、Smile Group、Tess Ventures、MSA Capital、Octava Fund、Adit Ventures、夏焱资本（Summer Capital）、Sigitech Holdings、Black Anthem Ltd、Mirana Corp 以及孙宇晨（Justin Sun）。该笔资金将用于资助策略投资和收购、产品开发以及获得流行知识产权的许可权。 据悉，Animoca Brands正通过使用区块链和NFT为互联网用户带来数码产权，主要针对消费类电子游戏玩家和开放式元宇宙（open metaverse）；这些技术实现了用户的数字资产和数据的真正数码拥有权，并提供了各种 “边玩边赚（play-to-earn）” 能力、资产互操作性和 DeFi/GameFi 的机会。今年较早时，Animoca Brands凭着其为NFT提供数码产权的计划筹集了1.3888亿美元资金。
