灰度投资（Grayscale Investments）已通过纽约证券交易所高增长板市场（NYSE Arca）向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了 19b-4 文件，申请将灰度比特币信托（GBTC）转换为比特币现货ETF。如果该申请正式通过，GBTC份额持有者的头寸将自动转换为等值现货ETF，此外灰度首席执行官Michael Sonnenshein还表示公司打算将其他14种加密投资产品转换为ETF。
