What is a “brain fart”?
The phrase “brain fart” is used to refer to a time when a person has a brief moment of stupidity. It could be that the person completely loses focus in a conversation, says something foolish, or just completely forgets something that they should have known.
Here’s an example of the usage of “brain fart”:
