印度线上投资平台Groww完成8300万美元D轮融资-竺道

印度线上投资平台Groww宣布完成了一轮8300万美元的D轮融资，领投方为老虎环球(Tiger Global)，参投方为现有投资者红杉印度(Sequoia India)、Ribbit Capital、YC Continuity和Propel Venture Partners。本轮融资完成后，Groww公司的估值已超过10亿美元，成为本周第四个加入“独角兽”俱乐部的企业，在整个2021年来看是第八家。另外七家包括PharmEasy、CRED、Meesho、Digit Insurance、Innovaccer、Infra.Market以及非银行金融公司Five Star Business Finance.值得一提的是，Tiger Global同时也是Groww竞争对手Upstox和INDMoney的现有投资者。此外，Groww的竞争对手还包括Paytm Money、Zerodha等。Groww公司创立至今已有5年时间，目前是财富管理领域估值最高的初创公司。该公司帮助用户投资结构性投资产品（SIP）、共同基金、股票(包括期货和期权)、黄金和定期存款。新资金的投入将帮助公司继续开发新产品、吸收人才，并继续建设金融教育平台。有数据显示，Groww公司在2020财年的收益已经开始有起色，从2019财年的200万卢比跃升了4.7倍，达到接近1000万卢比。不过，为了扩大规模，该公司也投入了大量资金，因此，总支出从2019财年的不到450万卢比飙升至2020财年的8920万卢比，增长了20.3倍。
