意大利 Florence集团完成一年里第七笔收购：刚刚宣布破产的奢侈品针织生产商 Metaphor
意大利 Florence 集团展开新的收购，此次的收购对象为针织生产商 Metaphor，这也是该集团在不到一年的时间里完成的第七笔收购。Metaphor是一家历史悠久的公司，为各大国际奢侈品牌生产针织产品，公司位于 Carpi 纺织区，于8月被摩德纳地方法院宣布破产。
Metaphor 拥有40名具备专业知识的高素质员工和40台最新一代纺织机。在工会的支持下，其员工发挥了重要作用，寻求一个能够拯救该公司及其技艺的合作伙伴。Metaphor 的新CEO将由 Massimo Tosi担任，他曾是该公司规划及纺织部门的负责人。
