10月8日，私募基金 Highlander Partners, L.P.（以下简称“Highlander”）宣布收购美国清洁美容品牌 RMS Beauty（以下简称“RMS”）。
RMS Beauty 是化妆师 Rose-Marie Swift 于2009年创立的同名品牌，一直致力于制定美容产品的洁净配料标准。Rose-Marie Swift 拥有35年以上的化妆师经验，和超模吉赛尔·邦辰（Gisele Bundchen）、米兰达·可儿（Miranda Kerr）及世界著名摄影师马里奥·索伦蒂（Mario Sorrenti）、海蒂·斯理曼（Hedi Slimane）均曾有过合作。
