碳链价值APP讯，据中国人民银行官方网站消息，央行行长易纲在国际清算银行(BIS)监管大型科技公司国际会议上发表题为《中国大型科技公司监管实践》的讲话，其中提到近年来分布式记账等新兴技术逐渐与金融业务深度融合，加速了金融创新，我们始终坚持“两个毫不动摇”，支持民营经济、互联网经济和数字经济健康发展。相关举措集中体现为三条监管实践：一是金融作为特许行业，必须持牌经营。二是建立适当的防火墙，避免金融风险跨部门、跨行业传播。三是断开金融信息和商业信息之间的不当连接，防止「数据-网络效应-金融业务」的闭环效应产生垄断。
