上线并需执行sql时，为了避免影响上线进度，sql请尽量提前一天操作。有些sql是需要在低峰时间段操作。
先上sql后合并代码，防止马上上线了，sql审核不过去。
除了开发环境，其他环境建议都进行走正常工作流，发送邮件。
sql操作申请单通过邮件发送，抄送相关研发同事。
